docs: fix final-review findings from audit-remediation (F5 client_id, F7 lifetime, F1/F5 changelog wording) Six documentation/comment-only corrections found in the last review pass of the 2026-08 audit remediation: - ChannelStatus.lifetime comment: a bare poll does NOT extend lifetime (audit F7, live-verified); only a command carrying a LIFETIME tag does. - Onboarding snippets in README.md, docs/GETTING_STARTED.md, docs/RECIPES.md, and two control.py docstring examples now pass client_id=... so they don't raise under the 3.22.0 F5 change (create with neither client_id nor destination -> ValidationError). - control.py client_id docstring: the silent fall-through-to-radiod behavior persisted through 3.21.1, not just "before 3.15"; the raise lands in 3.22.0. - CHANGELOG.md: exact set_spectrum() parameter names (window_type/avg/overlap/base/step/demod_type/frequency_hz); F1 was an origin bug (fields never stored), not a regression; F5 reworded to say radiod created no channel at all, plus a note on the deliberate SSRC-hash consequence for the client_id-only auto-SSRC create path. - spectrum_stream.py SpectrumStream docstring: overlap is [0.0, 1.0) and averaging must be >= 1, both enforced by delegated validation in RadiodControl.set_spectrum(), raising ValidationError rather than being sent to radiod as a raw float. No behavior changes; docs/comments only. Co-Authored-By:Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
